Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle\u00a0<\/em>adapts\u00a0the light novel series<\/a> written by\u00a0Hiromu\u00a0<\/strong>and illustrated by\u00a0raemz<\/strong>. Yen Press describes the first volume\u2019s synopsis as such:<\/span><\/p>\n

Being popular isn\u2019t easy. It\u2019s hard to beat Saku Chitose. The most popular kid in his high school? Check. An ironclad reputation that can weather even vicious online attacks? Check. A group of friends as attractive on the outside as they are inside? Check. But when a teacher asks for his help bringing back a student who has been shut away in his room for months, Saku\u2019s perfect world will never be the same. What is this, some kind of normie harem story\u2026?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Yuji Tokuno<\/strong>\u00a0(storyboard artist and episode director for\u00a0Jujutsu Kaisen\u00a0<\/i>Season 2 Episode 20,\u00a0OSHI NO KO<\/i>\u00a0Episode 10,\u00a0YAIBA: Samurai Legend\u00a0<\/i>Episode 6) is the anime<\/a>\u2019s director. Other staff include series composer and script<\/a>writer\u00a0Naruhisa Arakawa<\/b>\u00a0(More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers<\/i>), scriptwriter Hiromu, and character designer\u00a0Sumie Kinoshita<\/b>\u00a0(Spy Classroom<\/i>).\u00a0feel.<\/strong>\u00a0is the animation production studio.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first cour of the anime debuted on October 7, 2025, and experienced a delay midway due to \u201cproduction circumstances.\u201d The delay caused Episode 6 to air on December 2 instead of November 11, and Episodes 11 to 13 were\u00a0pushed to late March 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle\u00a0<\/em>light novel series, which is published under Shogakukan\u2019s Gagaga Bunko label, began in 2019 and has nine main volumes as of August 2024. There is a manga adaptation drawn by\u00a0Bobkya<\/strong>\u00a0and published by Square Enix.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle\u00a0<\/em>Cour 2\u00a0begins airing this October.<\/span><\/p>\n
