\n A Florida man is not lovin\u2019 the dental agony he claims he suffered after biting into a McDonald\u2019s Chicken McNugget, according to a report.<\/p>\n

Alexei Stolfat of West Palm Beach says in a federal lawsuit against the fast-food giant that he felt \u201cunbearable\u201d pain when he bit into a bone in the chicken, which he ordered via Uber Eats in May, the Sun-Sentinel reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to the lawsuit, Stolfat\u2019s dentist found his tooth cracked in two places \u2013 requiring an extraction, root canal and dental implant surgery.<\/p>\n

He is seeking $1.1 million and a recall of all McNuggets \u201cto avoid massive consumer injuries, the news<\/a>paper reported \u2013 and is pledging to donate $1 million to charities if he prevails, the paper reported.<\/p>\n

Stolfat filed the suit on his own using knowledge he gained in his native Estonia, where he worked as a jurist, which is the rough equivalent of a paralegal in the US, according to the report.<\/p>\n

He said he hasn\u2019t had his broken tooth removed yet because it\u2019s proof of his injury.<\/p>\n

\u201cProviding safe, high quality food is always a top priority. We take these claims seriously but as this is pending litigation, we cannot comment further at this time,\u201d McDonald\u2019s said in a statement.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
