When I moved there I was very lucky to find an apartment in a building that was recently finished. I literally had cables hanging from the ceiling. Since I had to install something, I decided to get ceiling lamps instead of just regular light bulbs. I went back to the storeand bought a few stone drill bits. As soon as I arrived home, I was eager to try it, and as fast as I did, the third problem emerged\u2026<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"5033\" class=\"jz iq eg cf ir ka kb hu kc kd hx ke kf fi kg kh fl ki kj fo kk ey\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problem_3\"><\/span><strong class=\"ay\">Problem 3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p id=\"41f9\" class=\"hq hr eg hs b fa kn hu hv fd ko hx hy hz kp fi ib ic kq fl ie if kr fo ih ii dh ey\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">The stone drilling bits weren\u2019t drilling the \u201cstone\u2026\u201d<br \/>I decided to go back to the store, but this time I asked the guy at the counter. And normally, I\u2019d try to avoid real human interactions as much as possible. So, I went back to the store and told him it didn\u2019t work. Although, I could rent one for a couple of hours, which at least was less expensive than buying another drill, so that\u2019s what I did.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"e768\" class=\"jz iq eg cf ir ka kb hu kc kd hx ke kf fi kg kh fl ki kj fo kk ey\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Did_it_work\"><\/span>Did it work?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p id=\"a720\" class=\"hq hr eg hs b fa kn hu hv fd ko hx hy hz kp fi ib ic kq fl ie if kr fo ih ii dh ey\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">It worked!!! Now, that\u2019s the theory. When I don\u2019t fully understand a problem, I try to gain as many insights as I can by asking why and doing exercises like the<span>\u00a0<\/span><a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"cm hb il im in io\" href=\"http:\/\/www-pt.awsism.autodesk.com\/industry\/manufacturing\/resources\/mechanical-engineer\/abstraction-laddering\">abstraction ladder<\/a>, but sometimes you can only get so far.<\/p>\n<p id=\"b57c\" class=\"hq hr eg hs b fa ht hu hv fd hw hx hy hz ia fi ib ic id fl ie if ig fo ih ii dh ey\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">At that point, I assume I have the best understanding of the problem I can, and I start thinking of potential solutions for it.<\/p>\n<p id=\"58fb\" class=\"hq hr eg hs b fa ht hu hv fd hw hx hy hz ia fi ib ic id fl ie if ig fo ih ii dh ey\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">If the solution ends up not working, that isn\u2019t a waste of time.
