\n The city sheriff\u2019s office pulled the plug on a Queens karaoke joint after catching nearly 200 people partying early Sunday morning, authorities said.<\/p>\n

Deputies arrived at Home Run KTV on Kissena Boulevard in Flushing just after midnight to find app<\/a>roximately 192 people reveling in the facility\u2019s karaoke rooms, in violation of the city\u2019s coronavirus laws.<\/p>\n

Inside authorities found patrons boozing, smoking, not wearing masks and not maintaining safe social<\/a> distance, the city said.<\/p>\n

Home Run KTV does not have an active liquor license.<\/p>\n

Owner Patrick Yam, of Cliffside Park, New Jersey, was hit with eight summonses \u2014 including for the COVID-19 violation, unauthorizing selling and storage of alcohol, covered windows and employing unlicensed security.<\/p>\n

Patrons were issued masks and dispersed by around 3:05 a.m.<\/p>\n

The wannabe security guard, meanwhile, was flagged for failure to attend security training.<\/p>\n

The sting marked the city\u2019s fourth in under a month against a karaoke bar for COVID-19 violations \u2014 two more in Flushing, and another in Borough Park, Brooklyn.<\/p>\n

Calls to Yam and the lounge were not answered.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
