Australia\u2019s S&amp;P\/ASX 200<br \/>\n        XJO,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210598100\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+0.11%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       inched up 0.2%.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       Hong Kong-traded shares of Chinese chip maker Semiconductor\u00a0Manufacturing International Corp.<br \/>\n        981,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/207270096\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-5.81%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       plunged after weekend reports that the U.S. government has imposed sanctions against it, over concerns that exports to the company were being diverted to military uses, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/7325dcea-e327-4054-9b24-7a12a6a2cac6\" class=\"icon none\">according to the Financial Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In Japan, chip maker Kioxia Holdings Corp. postponed its massive IPO, after saying last week that U.S. export restrictions against China\u2019s Huawei Technologies were hurting its business.<\/p>\n<p>And in the U.S. on Sunday, a federal judge blocked the Trump administration\u2019s ban against the popular Chinese-owned TikTok <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a> from U.S. app stores. The U.S. has claimed the app poses a national security risk, and a deal to partner with Oracle<br \/>\n        ORCL,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/202180826\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+0.84%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       and Walmart<br \/>\n        WMT,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/207374728\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+0.41%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       to assuage those concerns is in the works.<\/p>\n<p>Stocks on Wall Street rose Friday, but for the week, the Dow<br \/>\n        DJIA,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210598065\/realtime\" class=\"positive\">+1.33%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       was down 1.8%, and the S&amp;P 500<br \/>\n        SPX,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210599714\/realtime\" class=\"positive\">+1.59%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       lost 0.6%.
