\n Chrissy Teigen revealed that she was hospitalized Sunday evening after suffering bleeding for the past month during her pregnancy.<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old mother of two, who is expecting her third child \u2014 a boy \u2014 shared a series<\/a> of posts to her Instagram story as she lay in bed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, wearing only a white towel.<\/p>\n

\u2018We all know I\u2019ve been on bed rest for a few weeks and that\u2019s like super serious bed rest,\u201d Teigen said. \u201cI get up to quickly pee and that\u2019s it, I take baths twice a week, no showering, just as little as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I was always, always bleeding,\u201d she continued. \u201cI\u2019m about halfway through pregnancy and the blood has been going on for about a month, maybe a little bit less than a month. We\u2019re talking like more than your period girls, it\u2019s definitely not spotting. A lot of people spot but it\u2019s usually fine. Mine was a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thankfully, her growing baby is doing well, she explained, but \u201cin the simplest of terms we can say my placenta is really, really weak.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cCravings\u201d author shares two children Luna, 4, and Miles, 2, with husband John Legend, 41.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I feel really good and the baby is so healthy, growing stronger than Luna or Miles,\u201d Teigen said. \u201cHe moves so much, so much earlier than they ever did\u2026.I\u2019m so excited for him, he\u2019s the strongest little dude\u2026. He\u2019s the strongest coolest dude in the sh\u2014iest house.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo his house is like falling apart,\u201d she went on. \u201cIt didn\u2019t have a good foundation to begin with, he didn\u2019t have the strongest chance at the very, very beginning so all we\u2019re doing now is trying to make sure he has a lot of fluid around him and I\u2019m resting obviously as much as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then urged her followers, even those who are doctors, not to diagnose her over social media<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you are a doctor I can not express enough how badly I would like you to stop your guessing game<\/a>s or even diagnosing me via Twitter,\u201d Teigen said. \u201cI have very good doctors who know the entire story. I share a lot but not absolutely everything.\u201d\n <\/p><\/div>\n
