\n President Trump is defending his slow, careful descent from a stage ramp following his commencement address at West Point earlier Saturday.<\/p>\n

Cameras had filmed Trump gingerly walking down the lengthy ramp after his speech, sparking wild speculation online from detractors that he has health issues.<\/p>\n

A #Trumpisnotwell tag trended online.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe ramp that I descended after my West Point Commencement speech was very long & steep, had no handrail and, most importantly, was very slippery,\u201d Trump tweeted late Saturday.<\/p>\n

In his first speech to cadets at the storied military academy, Trump stuck to a script calling for national unity.<\/p>\n
