\n Police officers tased and arrested a man who was threatening them with a knife in Midtown in the early hours of Saturday, sources told The Post.<\/p>\n

Sammie Williams, 29, of the Bronx, allegedly app<\/a>roached three cops in an unmarked police car near 32nd Street and Park Avenue at around 1:30 a.m., the sources said.<\/p>\n

When he discovered the three were cops he became belligerent and started yelling.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll kill you. I\u2019m a Crip<\/span> and I don\u2019t care that you\u2019re a cop,\u201d Williams allegedly said.<\/p>\n

As one of the officers got out of the car, Williams allegedly brandished an illegal gravity knife as he continued to threaten the police.<\/p>\n

Two officers drew their guns as the third cop, a sergeant, tased him.<\/p>\n

Williams, who has 33 prior arrests, was arrested and taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition. One officer suffered pain to the right hand, the sources said.<\/p>\n

Willaims faces charges for threatening a police officer, making terroristic threats and possession of a criminal weapon, police said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
