Not exactly, anyway! The meme parodies that key principle and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lies it to theoretically <em>unhealthy<\/em> relationships. The basic setup essentially starts out, \u201ca relationship should be 50\/50,\u201d and then follows with a Shyamalan Twist that is anything but!<\/p>\n<p>The meme seems to have <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/knowyourmeme.com\/memes\/a-relationship-should-be-5050\">originated<\/a> on Sept. 16, when user @yam_url tweeted, \u201cA relationship should be 50\/50. At any rate, the tweet quickly went viral, accumulating over 40,000 retweets in a couple of weeks. Others began contributing their own \u201ca relationship should be 50\/50\u201d tweets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA relationship should be 50\/50. She exists and I adore her,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/damoncarti\/status\/1309668586810728448\">tweeted<\/a> one user, riffing on toxic masculinity. \u201cA relationship should be 50\/50 she brings the serotonin and I bring the depression,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/imranshah___\/status\/1311258119217901568\">added<\/a> another.
