After Nicole Young<\/strong> requested a whopping $2 million per month in spousal support earlier this month, Dr. Dre<\/strong> is through trying to be nice. Instead he\u2019s hitting back with BITING legal words for his estranged wife!<\/p>\n

Young has requested that her spousal support begins retroactively from September 1, so she is able to \u201ccontinue to enjoy the lifestyle she enjoyed during marriage\u201d \u2014 to the tune of $1,936,399 per month. YOWZA!<\/p>\n

In a response filed last week, obtained by ET<\/em>, the NWA<\/strong> founding member asked that the court deny Young\u2019s request \u201cin its entirety\u201d \u2014 citing her entitlement as the reason she thinks she should get it:<\/p>\n

\u201cPetitioner and her counsel ought not be granted special privileges simply because Petitioner has become accustomed to an entitled lifestyle, particularly when that lifestyle wholly continues.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Nicole says that Dre \u201ckicked her out\u201d of their Brentwood home after a \u201cdrunken rage\u201d in the middle of the night \u2014 but she isn\u2019t exactly on the street; she\u2019s currently living at the couple\u2019s Malibu residence.<\/p>\n

In his response to her request, the 55-year-old also maintains that he has continued to pay for all of Nicole\u2019s living expenses, which includes meals, credit card bills, and legal fees, and will do so moving forward. Seems like that would be enough for most people, right? He states:<\/p>\n

\u201cI have made it very clear to her by my words and actions that I want our dissolution to be amicable and for her to feel comfortable and respected.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

However, Dre\u2019s desire for civility doesn\u2019t mean he\u2019s going to roll over! He says the 50-year-old\u2019s choice to contest their prenuptial agreement \u201cseems like the wrath of an angry person being exacerbated by opportunistic lawyers.\u201d Damn.<\/p>\n

According to Nicole, she claimed in earlier docs that she was forced to sign the prenup \u201cunder extreme duress\u201d on their May 1996 wedding day, and that \u201conly begrudgingly \u2014 and after multiple requests and a delay of two months \u2014 received a copy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yikes!<\/p>\n

Attorneys for the mother of two, who does not work, say she is \u201chaving difficulty paying her bills\u201d and that the mogul has \u201cbeen exerting financial control\u201d over his ex by \u201cordering his agents to scrutinize her bills.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, she alleges that her husband has \u201cundertaken an aggressive app<\/a>roach to this case, engaging in game<\/a>smanship and no-holds-barred hyper-litigation simply because he can afford to\u201d and cut off the source funds available for her to pay for her case, hence the ask for covering $5 million in legal fees.<\/p>\n

We doubt this will be coming to an end anytime soon!!<\/p>\n
