{"id":83908,"date":"2020-10-07T19:32:59","date_gmt":"2020-10-07T16:32:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/steve-ballmer-will-bet-money-big-tech-isnt-broken-up\/"},"modified":"2020-10-07T19:32:59","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T16:32:59","slug":"steve-ballmer-will-bet-money-big-tech-isnt-broken-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/steve-ballmer-will-bet-money-big-tech-isnt-broken-up\/","title":{"rendered":"#Steve Ballmer will &#8216;bet money&#8217; Big Tech isn&#8217;t broken up"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#Steve Ballmer will &#8216;bet money&#8217; Big Tech isn&#8217;t broken up<\/strong>&#8221;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/Steve-Ballmer.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n                        Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer isn\u2019t worried about Big Tech being broken up following a scathing House panel report that compared four of Silicon Valley\u2019s biggest firms to \u201coil barons and railroad tycoons.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In an interview <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2020\/10\/07\/ballmer-on-antitrust-report-ill-bet-big-tech-wont-be-broken-up.html\">with CNBC<\/a>, Ballmer expressed confidence in <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>le, Amazon, <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a> and Google\u2019s ability to remain intact amid antitrust legal challenges, citing his experience steering Microsoft through a similar storm some 20 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ll bet money that they will not be broken up,\u201d Ballmer, who now owns the Los Angeles Clippers, said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would certainly recommend to all these tech companies to engage on the issues now, to engage with the regulators now,\u201d he added. \u201cI don\u2019t think they can just take unilateral action and expect it to satisfy whatever it is some regulator or congressman will decide they should have done.
