He\u2019s one of the first celebrity superheroes, and because of that, we imagine that a lot of eyeballs are going to be honed in on him for a good chunk of the season. He could very well be an adversary, as well, at least based on what showrunner Eric Kripke had to say to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2020\/tv\/features\/boys-season-2-finale-eric-kripke-jensen-ackles-homelander-stormfront-showdown-1234780075\/\">Variety<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I think anyone expecting Jensen to show up and be a good guy, they will be dis<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointed. I\u2019ll say that! [<em>Laughs<\/em>] In the comics he\u2019s mostly just kind of bumbling and subservient to Homelander, I would say. As we\u2019re writing him in this, we\u2019re getting to really talk about the history of Vought because he\u2019s like John Wayne: He\u2019s one of these guys that\u2019s been around for decades of Vought history. And he was Homelander before Homelander, so he\u2019s from a different era, but he\u2019s got the ego and the ambition \u2014 it just comes across in a different way because he\u2019s from a different time.<\/p>\n<p>We are very much excited to see where this story goes from here, but we should also very much indicate this: Soldier Boy is not going to be a recreation of Stormfront. There may be some similarities here, but they are not fully in line with each other.
