\n Le\u2019Veon Bell app<\/a>arently agrees that the Jets should get rid of him.<\/p>\n

After the Jets\u2019 fifth straight loss to open the season, one that barely featured Le\u2019Veon Bell in his first game<\/a> back from injury, the disgruntled running back \u201cliked\u201d a tweet from sports talk radio host Jake Asman that said \u201cthe Jets should trade @LeVeonBell.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Bell also \u201cliked\u201d several tweets questioning why head coach Adam Gase and the Jets only targeted him with one pass during the 30-10 loss to Arizona.<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old had one reception for 7 yards and 13 rushes for 60 yards.<\/p>\n

The running theme of Bell\u2019s two-year stint with the Jets has been his lack of opportunities and production in Gase\u2019s offense, which has produced mostly terrible results and put the coach\u2019s job in jeopardy.<\/p>\n

Gase attributed Bell\u2019s light usage on Sunday to how the Cardinals lined up defensively.<\/p>\n

Bell declined to speak with reporters following the loss, instead letting his social media<\/a> do the talking \u2014 his go-to for making the Jets aware of his discontent.<\/p>\n

Before the season, Bell made it clear on Twitter that he was unhappy after seeing limited time during practice. Gase said Bell had hamstring tightness, which Bell denied.<\/p>\n

Bell then aggravated his hamstring in the season opener, leaving the dismal Jets without their top offensive weapon until Sunday.<\/p>\n

The three-time Pro Bowl back is in the second season of a four-year, $52.5 million contract ($27 million guaranteed) he signed after sitting out a year in Pittsburgh, following failed contract negotiations.<\/p>\n

With the Jets mired in what seems like a never-ending rebuild, they could possibly cut ties with Bell this offseason and save $9.4 million, if a potential trade doesn\u2019t work itself out.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
