\n This Ukrainian Instagram model was not being tongue in cheek when she said she wants even larger features.<\/p>\n

Anastasia Pokreshchuk, 30, claims to have the \u201cbiggest cheeks in the world\u201d \u2014 but wants to pump them up with fillers even further, the Daily Star reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou may think that they are too big but I think that they\u2019re a little bit small, I need to refresh them again soon,\u201d the Kiev resident said.<\/p>\n

Pokreshchuk received her first cheek injections four years ago and has not looked back.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love them, I want them to look like this and I\u2019m very happ<\/a>y. I regularly inject other parts of my face myself,\u201d she added. \u201cI understand that they look weird for other people but I don\u2019t mind.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pokreshchuk \u2014 who has amassed more than 220,000 Instagram followers \u2014 also has had extensive work done on her oversized lips and forehead.<\/p>\n

When she is trolled online with cruel comments about her looks, she turns the other cheek.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve had people tell me I am an ugly b\u2014- and that I should kill myself but when I see it I just laugh it off and ignore it,\u201d she said, the Mirror reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To complete her transformation, Pokreshchuk said she also wants to go under the knife.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to get a boob job because nature didn\u2019t give me any breasts at all,\u201d she said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
