Federal prosecutors, however, claimed in a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/7230137-Harris-Pretrial-Detention.html\">motion<\/a> that the cheerleader is a \u201cclear and present danger to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven when Harris was <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>ped off to a possible investigation into his crimes, he was not able to control his impulses,\u201d the motion stated. \u201cAnd he continued to victimize multiple other children while living in a residence with responsible adults present.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The motion stated that Harris, 21, asked a 13-year-old boy for \u201cbooty\u201d pictures and that he often sent sexually explicit photographs of himself to that minor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs Harris\u2019 fame grew through his acting career, Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ears to have added to his predatory arsenal,\u201d the motion stated. \u201cBy using money to exploit his minor victims.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The District Court for the Northern District of Illinois did not im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely respond to the Daily Dot\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Harris allegedly admitted to having oral and anal sex with a 15-year-old at a 2019 cheer event in a Sept. 14 interview with authorities, BuzzFeed reports.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHarris, by his own admission, has already forever damaged at least between 5 to 10 minor boys through his criminal actions,\u201d the motion stated.<\/p>\n<p>Lawyers representing Harris requested he be released from jail and await trial from his home because he has asthma and is at risk for contracting COVID-19 in jail, the <em>Chicago Tribune<\/em> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/news\/criminal-justice\/ct-jerry-harris-cheer-child-porn-bond-20201013-ywmazortmreepcg6bfiqck4cby-story.html\">reports<\/a>. But the motion filed urges against this.<\/p>\n<p>A boy named Charlie told <em>USA Today<\/em> that he posted a photo of himself stretching his leg above his head on Snapchat, and Harris messaged him to \u201cdo it naked and take a video\u201d and send it to him. \u201cIt was just eating me alive,\u201d Charlie said. \u201cIt was just making me so gross and uncomfortable.
