According to police, Breeding was shot in his car and crashed into a pole near an intersection on Aug. 17. He was brought to the hospital, where he later died.<\/p>\n<p>Police believe Degrate was involved in the shootings of two other men over the course of the same night.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The teen was arrested on a second-degree felony charge of attempted murder for the first of the night\u2019s three shootings back in August. According to the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/wacotrib.com\/news\/local\/crime-and-courts\/affidavits-shooting-suspect-used-dating-app-to-lure-victims\/article_5d51fea1-a39c-5df5-9e72-a09d97e2c387.html\">arrest affidavit<\/a>, the victim picked Degrate up and drove him to another house, where he said he was buying drugs.<\/p>\n<p>When Degrate returned to the car, he opened the door and shot the victim in the chest.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>That man survived, as did a third who was shot after Breeding\u2019s murder.
