\nG-Eazy<\/strong> isn\u2019t keeping his relationship with Ashley Benson<\/strong> under wraps any longer!<\/p>\n

The rapp<\/a>er and the Pretty Little Liars<\/em> alum have been linked for several months following her split from longtime GF Cara Delevingne<\/strong>. However, G-Eazy \u2014 real name Gerald Earl Gillum \u2014 hasn\u2019t exactly been shouting their love from the rooftops.<\/p>\n

But in a new chat with ET<\/em>\u2018s Katie Krause<\/strong> (along with musical collaborator blackbear<\/strong>), the artist broke his silence \u2014 and spoke quite highly of his new girlfriend.<\/p>\n

The 31-year-old gushed:<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s an exceptionally talented person in many different spaces. She\u2019s a special one.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

But he\u2019s not just a man in love \u2014 he\u2019s also speaking as a musican! On gurl\u2019s musical talents he waxed rather lyrical as well:<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously, she\u2019s a great actress, but, you know, getting to work with her and putting her in front of a microphone and watching her sing so effortlessly, she has this very special tone of voice and texture and something that\u2019s very innate to her given that\u2019s not her first job or what she\u2019s known for. It just blew me away that you can have such a hidden, special talent that the world doesn\u2019t get to see as often.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Not only does Ash have a great singing voice, but she also has a knack for songwriting! The No Limit<\/em> artist revealed he and Miz Benson have written songs together, though he\u2019s not sure if their original tracks have a home on his upcoming album:<\/p>\n

\u201cThey sound like what they sound like. And they\u2019re in my studio and, you know, maybe one day they\u2019ll see the light of day, we\u2019ll see.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Though he didn\u2019t dive into what the songs are about, the Oakland-born rapper won\u2019t be straying from discussing matters of the heart in his new project, hinting at tracks on \u201cheartbreak,\u201d possibly regarding ex-GF Halsey<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve experienced love in my life. I\u2019ve experienced heartbreak in my life and caused heartbreak in my life and received heartbreak in my life. The power of music is to express and capture the human experience. We live and we experience things. Music for us is an outlet, a way to channel the things we go through and put into a tangible forum.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

However, he doesn\u2019t want to make things \u201ctoo autobiographical\u201d \u2014 preferring to keep some things on the private side to keep them safe:<\/p>\n

\u201cEven if you\u2019re in love and sometimes you just want to preserve and protect somebody. \u2026 Just keeping some of that protected.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The relationship must be pretty important to him to ban writing songs about it!<\/p>\n

As for that love with Ashley\u2026 he seems to see things continuing down a serious path! blackbear, real name is Matthew Tyler Musto<\/strong>, recently became a first-time dad, which G-Eazy noted is \u201cexciting\u201d \u2014 and possibly even in his own future:<\/p>\n
