\n Amanda Nunes has revealed she is considering retirement in another potential blow to UFC.<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old, two-division queen defended her featherweight title last weekend following an unanimous decision against Felicia Spencer at UFC 250.<\/p>\n

The victory made Nunes the first double champion to defend both divisional titles while simultaneously retaining them. Following the win, the Brazilian said she is unlikely to fight again in 2020 due to the impending birth of her first daughter with UFC strawweight Nina Ansaroff.<\/p>\n

But Nunes is now hinting she may call it quits permanently.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Brazilian TV show Esporte Espetacular, the Nunes said: \u201cAh, I don\u2019t know, I\u2019ve achieved everything I wanted. I\u2019m well, I can go on with my life, maybe a [take] new step, maybe find new talents, help some girls there\u2026maybe be a coach, too.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m in a moment that I can retire, you know, and I\u2019m in a moment that I can fight. I\u2019m fine. There\u2019s nothing else to be done right now in the division. The Hall of Fame will come, for sure. My life going forward, if I do stop now, the UFC will give me every support I need to continue having my money and work.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nunes has spoken about retirement in the past, telling reporters she would call it after a win over Holly Holm in July 2019, only to return to the cage to defend her bantamweight title against Germaine de Randamie.<\/p>\n

Nunes has won 11 straight bouts, dating back to a September 2014 loss to Cat Zingano.<\/p>\n

Her remarks come at a worrying time for UFC president Dana White, as several stars and champions consider quitting the Octagon.<\/p>\n

Retirements are often used as a bargaining tool in combat sports.<\/p>\n

Conor McGregor announced his retirement earlier this month. Bantamweight champ Henry Cejudo announced his departure but hinted a lucrative offer could entice him back.<\/p>\n

Both light-heavyweight belt holder Jon Jones and \u201cBMF\u201d champ Jorge Masvidal have publicly gone to war with UFC over pay.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
