Co. said investors in mainland China have committed to purchasing more than a third of the shares it plans to sell in a pair of blockbuster initial public offerings, as the company prepares to raise tens of billions of dollars for its long-awaited market debuts.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       Ant, the operator of popular payments and lifestyle app Alipay, on Wednesday\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/:https:\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/jack-mas-ant-group-files-ipo-listing-documents-11598349802\" class=\"icon none\">submitted updated regulatory filings<\/a>\u00a0to stock exchanges in Shanghai and Hong Kong, after receiving a final nod from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to move forward with its listing plans.<\/p>\n<p>Regulators in China and Hong Kong have given Ant the green light to go public\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/regulatory-holdups-slow-ant-groups-ipo-plans-11602869901\" class=\"icon none\">amid escalating tensions<\/a>\u00a0between Beijing and Washington, and a recent threat from the U.S. government to put Ant on a trade blacklist.<\/p>\n<p>The Chinese securities regulator earlier this week approved Ant\u2019s plans to list in Hong Kong, and on Wednesday told the company\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/jack-mas-ant-group-pushes-ahead-with-project-star-listing-plans-investors-see-big-ipo-gains-11598261402\" class=\"icon none\">it could issue new shares<\/a>\u00a0on Shanghai\u2019s Nasdaq-style <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\"
