\n Even the greatest writers sometimes struggle to come up with new ideas. At least, that\u2019s what I\u2019ve heard. Luckily for them, a new AI\u00a0<\/a>Blog Idea Generator<\/a>\u00a0could sprinkle some inspiration onto their empty pages.<\/p>\n

Just enter some keywords into the search bar and the system will analyze Google\u2018s top-performing content on the subject. It then runs the data through\u00a0OpenAI\u2018s vaunted GPT-3 text generator to produce a new idea.<\/p>\n

The tool\u00a0is targeted at content marketers on the hunt for blog posts that will rank highly on Google\u00a0search. But I tested whether it could also help this humble hack to overcome his writer\u2018s block.<\/p>\n

Some of its creations were relevant but clich\u00e9d, while others were largely gibberish.<\/p>\n

The tool\u2019s creator\u00a0Nikhil Aitharaju acknowledges<\/a> that not every idea will be a winner:<\/p>\n

It can admittedly go off the rails occasionally (as it\u2019s an automated system), but the fact that you can generate more ideas in a click means that you\u2019re bound to get a clever idea eventually!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Alas, he didn\u2019t invent the system solely out of the goodness of his\u00a0heart.\u00a0Users only get a limited number of free ideas before they have to upgrade to a paid subscript<\/a>ion.<\/p>\n

That\u2019ll probably put the tool out of reach for many journalists\u00a0(*sniff*<\/em>), but content marketers might be more willing to dig into their pockets.<\/p>\n

Just don\u2019t expect the ideas to be anything too original. But at least you won\u2019t have to think them up\u00a0yourself.<\/p>\n
