\n A 61-year-old homeless man with a lengthy rap sheet was hit with a slew of charges Sunday over a huge blaze at his ex-girlfriend\u2019s East Harlem apartment building that left several injured, according to police.<\/p>\n

Willie Manning is accused of sparking Saturday\u2019s inferno at the six-story building on East 135th Street and Fifth Avenue after allegedly barricading himself in to avoid being taken in for violating an order of protection.<\/p>\n

Seven people, including two cops, were injured and taken to Harlem Hospital and Mount Sinai Morningside, the FDNY said, with photos showing an officer carrying a baby in a diaper near the building.<\/p>\n

Manning \u2014 who has a criminal record of more than 30 priors \u2014 was charged Sunday after first being treated at a hospital, the NYPD said.<\/p>\n

He was listed as homeless and charged with burglary, arson, criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and criminal contempt, a police spokesperson said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
