\n Jennifer Lawrence has revealed that she confronted CNN anchor Anderson Cooper \u2014 after he suggested she faked her famous fall at the 2013 Academy Awards.<\/p>\n

The \u201cSilver Linings Playbook\u201d actress, 30, recalled she was \u201cvery, very nervous\u201d the night of her fall, which happ<\/a>ened when she was collecting her award for\u00a0Best Actress.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy full brain went blank. I can look back at it now fondly but for a very long time the fall thing was very sensitive,\u201d she told Heather McMahan on the \u201cAbsolutely Not\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lawrence said she was still recovering from the embarrassment when she heard Cooper musing on his show about whether she faked the stunt.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was so devastating because it was this horrific humiliation to me, that took away \u2014 I don\u2019t know if I\u2019ll ever have the chance to give a speech like that again,\u201d Lawrence said.<\/p>\n

Months later, she had a run-in with Cooper at a holiday party and decided to confront him, asking, \u201cHave you ever tried to walk up stairs in a ballgown? So then how do you know?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe apologized immedia<\/a>tely, he was like, \u2018I don\u2019t know, I have no idea\u2019 and [gave this] wonderful apology. And I was all fired up,\u201d Lawrence.<\/p>\n

Lawrence said he \u201cprobably told everyone that I was a psycho,\u201d but added that all is well now between her and the news<\/a>man.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think we\u2019re good friends now,\u201d she said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
