“#Visual Arts Launches New Mixed-media<\/a> Project Prima Doll Featuring Automata Girls<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Japanese game<\/a> company Visual Arts<\/strong> has launched a new mixed-media project Prima Doll<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a>. Its story centers on automata girls who were created to be used as weapons in the great war that just ended a few years ago and now work at a cafe named "Kuroneko-tei." Dressed in shiny kimonos and restored as good as new, the girls are searching for the meaning of their birth.<\/p>\n

In cooperation with figure maker Kotobukiya<\/strong>, the project will offer original figures and develop various mixed-media contents based on the theme<\/a>s of "Songs and Dolls" and "Innocent Wishes and Emotions." Key's game designer Na-Ga<\/strong> works on character designs, alongside illustrator Fuzichoco<\/strong> (The 8th Son? Are You Kidding Me?<\/em> novel illustrations) and manga<\/a> artist Yui Hara<\/strong> (Kin-iro Mosaic<\/em>).<\/p>\n

One of the protagonist girls, Haizakura is voiced by Azumi Waki<\/strong> (Senko in The Helpful Fox Senko-san<\/span><\/a><\/em>). She says, "Haizakura-chan!!! I love the look, the personality, and everything about her, it's so adorable…! She is a bit of a fluffy character and clumsy in many ways, but I feel that she is loved by everyone around her. She is a girl who is genuinely working hard, so I want to support her!"<\/p>\n
