\n Chelsea Handler has bullied ex-boyfriend 50 Cent into renouncing his support for President Trump.<\/p>\n

Now that she succeeded, she has asked him to agree to vote for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

After the rapp<\/a>er, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, announced last Monday that he would back President Trump in his reelection effort, his ex began her crusade with a tweet.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou used to be my favorite ex-boyfriend,\u201d the comedia<\/a>n, 45, wrote in reply<\/a> to his second tweet on his political decision.<\/p>\n

Later, the rapper, also 45, tweeted that<\/a> he was getting \u201cOUT\u201d of New York along with the message to \u201cVOTE For TRUMP.\u201d Alongside the tweet, he posted an image of a news<\/a> program on CNBC which laid out Biden\u2019s tax proposals.<\/p>\n

The network\u2019s analysis of Biden\u2019s tax plan showed that top earners in New York City would have a 62 percent tax rate, something the \u201cCandy Shop\u201d rapper did not take kindly to.<\/p>\n

By the next morning, he was doubling down on his position, writing jokingly in another tweet<\/a> alongside a video he took while watching a Fox News program that he did not \u201cwant to be 20 cent [sic],\u201d making a play on his stage name.<\/p>\n

He went on to reiterate his opposition to a tax rate of 62 percent, calling it a \u201cbad idea.\u201d<\/p>\n

It was after this that Handler offered her first message to her ex, whom she dated for a few months in 2010 but split from amicably.<\/p>\n

After seeing Handler\u2019s tweet, 50 posted a screenshot<\/a> last Wednesday alongside a message, writing, \u201cOh my God this is effecting [sic] my love life now.\u201d<\/p>\n

He went on to mention Handler directly, writing that he loves her and adding that she shouldn\u2019t \u201clet Trump and Joe Biden come between us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jackson stood by his decision to back Trump in a tweet<\/a> later that day, sharing more content he was watching on CNBC regarding his personal reaction to Biden\u2019s tax proposals.<\/p>\n

But Handler was not opposed to allowing politics to come between her and her ex, writing in a retweet of her former beau\u2019s post that she would personally pay his newly high taxes in a Biden administration, as long as he voted for him.<\/p>\n

She also asked him if he knew what race he was.<\/p>\n

\u201cHey f\u2013ker! I will pay your taxes in exchange for you coming to your senses. Happily! Black lives matter. That\u2019s you, f\u2013ker! Remember?\u201d she wrote in her post<\/a> Wednesday evening.<\/p>\n

Two days later, with no response from her former flame, she wrote to him<\/a> on the social media platform again, sharing a link to a story about her offering to pay his taxes and writing, \u201cThis offer stands until November 3rd, Curtis.\u201d<\/p>\n

That night, she also made an appearance on NBC\u2019s \u201cThe Tonight Show,\u201d<\/a> where she discussed her pressure campaign openly.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou heard about my ex-boyfriend, right?\u201d Handler asked host Jimmy Fallon, going on to reference him and the situation by name.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe says he doesn\u2019t want to pay 62 percent in taxes \u2014 which, by the way, isn\u2019t a plan of Joe Biden\u2019s, that\u2019s a lie \u2014 so he doesn\u2019t want to pay 62 percent in taxes because he doesn\u2019t want to go from being 50 Cent to 20 Cent,\u201d she said, referencing his previous joke.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had to remind him that he was a Black person, so he can\u2019t vote for Donald Trump, and that he shouldn\u2019t be influencing an entire swath of people who may listen to him because he\u2019s worried about his own personal pocketbook,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

Handler went on to say that she was prepared to take things to a different level, saying she was \u201cwilling to seal the deal\u201d if she heard back from her ex.<\/p>\n

At that point, however, she hadn\u2019t yet.<\/p>\n

\u201cI haven\u2019t heard back from him yet but I am willing to seal the deal in more ways than one if he changes his mind and publicly denounces Donald Trump. I might be willing to go for another spin if you know what I\u2019m talking about,\u201d she quipped.<\/p>\n

On Saturday morning, the rapper gave in.<\/p>\n

He shared the clip, jokingly asking about \u201canother spin,\u201d before denouncing the incumbent commander-in-chief in no uncertain terms.<\/p>\n

\u201cF\u2013k Donald Trump, I never liked him,\u201d he wrote<\/a> on the social media platform, \u201cFor all I know he had me set up and had my friend Angel Fernandez killed but that\u2019s history.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Handler, that wasn\u2019t enough.<\/p>\n

The comedian replied to her ex on Sunday, revealing that she had been trying to get in touch with the rapper privately.<\/p>\n

\u201cHoney- does this tweet me we can count on a vote for you for @JoeBiden? I\u2019m happy to discuss this with you privately. My phone number is still the same. Your\u2019s isn\u2019t. I\u2019ve tried calling you,\u201d she wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While 50 has yet to respond, Handler is pleased with the work she has done.<\/p>\n

Sharing an Entertainment Tonight article on her effort to convince him to change his vote, she wrote on Twitter<\/a> Monday, \u201c#mycivicduty\u201d\n <\/div>\n
