The musical power couple made the announcement on Instagram<\/strong> Tuesday, with the No Doubt<\/strong> front woman sharing a photo (above) of her rock alongside her soon-to-be husband!<\/p>\n

She captioned the pic:<\/p>\n

\u201c@blakeshelton yes please! gx\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Ha!<\/p>\n

The country crooner shared the same post with a heartfelt caption, writing:<\/p>\n

\u201cHey @gwenstefani thanks for saving my 2020\u2026 And the rest of my life. I love you. I heard a YES!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

While the announcement was just made, a source close to Stefani confirmed to People<\/em>\u00a0the two recently got engaged in Oklahoma.<\/p>\n

Frankly, it\u2019s about time, as these two lovebirds have been rumored to be getting engaged since the Obama<\/strong> administration. In fact, this pair is so iconic that some people think they\u2019ve already walked down the aisle!<\/p>\n

Recently, Gwen addressed the apparently frequent misunderstanding that she and Blake are hubby and wife, telling Extra<\/em> that she found it \u201cpretty cute\u201d when people referred to the 44-year-old as her husband. She said:<\/p>\n

\u201cDo you know how many people say my \u2018husband\u2019 about him?\u2026 People got used to it or something like that. But it\u2019s pretty cute.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Just A Girl<\/em> songstress even corrected Dua Lipa<\/strong> on Jimmy Kimmel Live<\/em> after the New Rules<\/em> singer mistakenly referred to Shelton as her husband on national television. She said:<\/p>\n

\u201cUm, well \u2026 he\u2019s not my husband, but that sounded cool when you said it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As fans know, Gwake first got together on the set of The Voice<\/em> in 2015, becoming close over their mutual heartbreak due to their respective divorces. Shelton previously explained their emotional bond to People<\/em>:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you\u2019re where she and I were, and you just feel so betrayed and on bottom, this bond that we formed when we found out what each other were going through, it\u2019s still there.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Sounds like that bond isn\u2019t breaking!<\/p>\n

Last year, a source told People<\/em> the pair were \u201cmadly in love and beyond inseparable,\u201d but wanted to take their time before making the leap into marriage. The insider explained:<\/p>\n
