Movies Out Now: Every Major Film Currently in Theaters -BB

Last Updated: January 17, 2020

A new week is here, and with it the latest major film releases – along with the movies that have been released in recent weeks (or, in rare cases, months) and are still playing in theaters.

Between On Demand, Netflix Original features, and everything in-between, there are a growing number of entertainment options competing with theater chains for movie buffs‘ attention these days (and that’s to mention nothing of the increasingly massive TV landscape). As a result, it’s trickier than ever to keep track of which films are playing in theaters at any given time of the year. It’s even more difficult when awards season rolls around, and movies start playing in limited release or New York and Los Angeles several weeks before they begin screening nationwide. This is where we come in.

So, without further ado – here are the new movie releases for this week, along with the major films that are still showing in theaters right now.
