#Nominierungen für die Game Awards 2020 bekanntgegeben

Die Nominierungen für die diesjährigen The Game Awards 2020 wurden bekanntgegeben. Die Game Awards sind ein von Geoff Keighley ins Leben gerufenes Projekt, um die besten Spiele, Personen und Events der Branche mit einem besonderen Preis zu ehren.

Sony mit den meisten nominierten Titeln

Die Jury, welche die Nominierungen für die Game Awards auslost, besteht aus über 95 Vertretern der Spiele-Branche. In diesem Jahr sticht besonders Sony Interactive Entertainment mit 22 nominierten Titeln als der Publisher mit den meisten Nominierungen heraus. Die Game Awards sollen am 10. Dezember 2020 auf über 45 Streaming-Plattformen ausgestrahlt werden.

Final Fantasy VII Remake hoch im Kurs

Der Titel mit den meisten Nominierungen heißt in diesem Jahr Final Fantasy VII Remake. Das Remake des Kult-JRPGs aus dem Jahre 1997 konnte satte sieben Nominierungen einfahren und ist unter anderem für den wichtigsten Preis (Game of the Year) nominiert.
