Scandinavian duo Smerz have released a new mixtape called Før og etter. The record is currently available through Bandcamp, with all proceeds going directly to Give Well, an organization that searches for charities that save or improve lives the most per dollar.. Check it out below.
Før og etter was recorded in Copenhagen and Oslo during the spring and summer of 2020. It arrives via Shopping—a new label founded by Smerz’s Catharina Stoltenberg and Henriette Motzfeldt.
Smerz issued their studio debut Believer earlier this year. Revisit Pitchfork’s 2017 Rising interview “Smerz Make Uncanny Electronic Pop That Sounds Like a Secret.”
