“#Bravely Default Series Gets New Brilliant Lights Mobile Game”
It hasn’t been long since Bravely Default II launched, and we’re already on to the next installment. Okay, so this one is more of a small stop on the side, but mobile game players can look forward to more of the RPG when Square Enix launches Bravely Default: Brilliant Lights on smartphones. There’s currently no date for the iOS and Android outing, which will be a free-to-play game with microtransactions.
Keiichi Ajiro, who previously worked on the scenario for other Bravely Default games, is handling the original story in which worlds from the series cross over. The trademark Brave & Default battle system is in play, too, this time optimized for smartphones.

The closed beta test period will kick off soon for the Android version in Japan.
