A judge has denied bond to one of the three men charged in the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, an unarmed black man, in Georgia.

William “Roddie” Bryan is accused of striking Arbery, 25, with his truck during the February attack. He also videotaped the shooting on his cell phone, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Bryan is charged with malice and felony murder along with the other two suspects — Travis McMichael and his father, Greg McMichael.

Bryan is also being investigated for sex crimes, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation tweeted.

The men, who are white, have pleaded not guilty.
