A pair of good Samaritans pulled an unconscious driver from his smoldering car — just moments before it went up in flames, shocking new video shows.

The dramatic event unfolded just after 3 p.m. Sunday in New Jersey, when the unnamed driver crashed near a gas station on Sunset Road in Burlington Township, police said.

Before police could get to the smoking car, the two good Samaritans, Larry Scott and Domenique Golden, “jumped into action,” opened the car door and pulled the man to safety, South Jersey police wrote on Facebook.

Within a minute, the SUV burst into flames, the video shows.

The police did not release the condition of the victim or how the crash occurred.
