Harry Styles has reached a new milestone, thanks to his loyal, impassioned fanbase. Variety reports that Styles’ latest album Harry’s House set the record for the most vinyl sales in a week in the U.S., selling more than 146,000 copies within three days of its release. Surprisingly, Styles dethrones Taylor Swift, who previously held the record for the vinyl sales of Red (Taylor’s Version), which sold 105,000 copies within the first 5 days of its release.
Besides breaking the vinyl record, Harry’s House‘s first single “As It Was” recently hit its seventh week on the Billboard Global 200 chart.
