The notice reads: “Dissolution Notice: [Itagaki Games, LLC] has been dissolved, so if you have any claims against our company, please submit your claims within two months from the day this notice is published.”
When the company was established, Itagaki said Itagaki Games would release its first game for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. Ultimately, it did not release any games.
Update 10/07/24 at 1:15 a.m.: It has been revealed that Itagaki Production Co., Ltd., which Tomonobu Itagaki established in September 2010, changed its name to Itagaki Games Co., Ltd. in September 2024, and remains in operation.
