The Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact fighting game will launch on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Steam on July 17. Pre-orders have also opened.
The game also received a pre-order trailer, which includes a preview of the pre-order goodies and the reveal of Chimera Ant Royal Guard Neferpitou as a post-launch DLC character. Neferpitou will be out in fall 2025, with three other characters to follow in winter 2025, spring 2026, and summer 2026. These four are also part of the first Season Pass.
Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact was announced in December 2023 and is reported to be developed by Eighting. Here’s the official description:
HUNTERxHUNTER: NENxIMPACT is a 3-on-3 fighting game based on the iconic anime and manga series HUNTERxHUNTER, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi. In this game, players create a team of 3 characters and battle against the opposing team with a tag system: calling out their allies for an assisting attack, or for swapping characters on the fly!
Iconic teammates or unexpected alliances? Players can freely create their own dream team and battle their close ones’ teams in thrilling nen-powered battles!
