Sony Interactive Entertainment will release the latest software update for PlayStation 5 on September 17, which adds DualSense wireless controller pairing across multiple devices and the new “Power Saver” option, the company announced.
As previously detailed, the update adds the ability to register and quickly switch your DualSense wireless controller between multiple PlayStation 5 consoles and other devices. It also introduces a new “Power Saver” options, which scales back the performance of supported PlayStation 5 games to reduce the console’s power consumption. Games like Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Demon’s Souls, and Ghost of Yotei will be updated to support this option.
