Water Phoenix will release My Dearest Direst Disaster, known as Saiaku Naru Saiyaku Ningen ni Sasagu in Japan, for PC via Steam, the developer announced. A Campfire crowdfunding campaign seeking one million yen (approx. USD $6,302) in funding was also launched.
My Dearest Direst Disaster first launched for PlayStation 4 on August 23, 2018 in Japan, followed by Switch on September 20, 2018, and iOS and Android on January 24, 2019.
For the PC release, Water Phoenix plans to add new post-game scenarios consisting of five parts, each about 40 to 80 minutes in length. These “post-game stories from each world” were originally planned for the game’s initial release, but were cut from planning due to deadlines and budget.
The PC version will also feature revisions to all character portraits and event stills. Here are a few examples:

Water Phoenix said it currently has no plans to bring the PC version’s updates to the existing console and smartphone versions.
