A teen was seriously hurt in a stabbing on the soccer field behind a Long Island elementary school this week, authorities said.

The 16-year-old boy was fighting with three other teen boys around 8 p.m. Monday when he was stabbed multiple times on the field in back of Boyle Road Elementary School at 424 Boyle Road in Port Jefferson Station, Suffolk County police said.

The teen was taken to a local hospital for treatment of severe injuries, cops said.

His attackers fled on foot on Bedford Avenue.
