Bohemia Interactive will release a Switch 2 version of open-world multiplayer survival sandbox game DayZ, dubbed DayZ Cool Edition, in 2026, the developer announced.

DayZ Cool Edition, an open-world multiplayer survival sandbox set in a post-apocalyptic world, offering complete player freedom to explore vast landscapes, where unscripted encounters and player-driven stories shape every adventure, launching for Nintendo Switch 2 this year.
DayZ is currently available for Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
