A trailer and teaser visual have been released for Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Kiki Kaikai! Ora no Yokai Vacation. It was also announced that the anime film will begin screening in Japan on July 31.
Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Kiki Kaikai! Ora no Yokai Vacation is the 33rd Crayon Shin-chan anime film and will see the Nohara family encountering yokai during a summer in Akita prefecture.

Masaki Watanabe (Sakamoto Days, Bakumatsu) is the director of the film.
Crayon Shin-chan started in 1990 as a manga by the late Yoshito Usui. The Futabasha-published manga ran until 2010 with 50 volumes before being succeeded by the ongoing Shin Crayon Shin-chan, which is credited to Usui and UY Studio. An anime series adaptation began in 1992 and is still on-going with over 1000 episodes.
