The Fermat no Ryouri anime adaptation has received a teaser trailer, teaser visual, and July premiere window.
The teaser trailer provides a look at the characters and the story’s maths-meets-cooking premise.
Fermat no Ryouri is based on the cooking manga from Ao Ashi’s Yugo Kobayashi. It follows the teenager Gaku Kitada, an aspiring mathematician who ends up taking on a part-time job at his academy’s cafeteria after hitting setbacks. A chance meeting with the young and talented chef Kai Asakura takes him on a new path where math and cuisine intersect.
The Kodansha title started serialization in 2018 and has four tankoubon volumes as of September 2023.
