The wave of light anime (think motion comics) adaptations continues with Forget That Night, Your Majesty, which is set to premiere on October 7 JST.
The main cast includes Yoshimasa Hosoya, Anna Nagase, Yuki Sakakihara, and Takuma Nagatsuka. Saya Fukase (Iya na Kao sare nagara Opantsu Misete Moraitai) is directing at PRISMstudio.
Forget That Night, Your Majesty (Heika Watashi o Wasurete kudasai) is based on the vertical comic written by Martha Asahi and drawn by Bobo Ayahara. Tappytoon describes the premise as:
Born the despised daughter of a noble family, Lunia escapes her grim fate by marrying the cursed Duke, Hades Khronoa. But after a single loveless night, she vanishes without a trace, unaware that she’s carrying his children. Seven years later, Hades is determined to reclaim Lunia and finds her… as well as the children he never knew existed. As secrets resurface and emotions reignite, can this broken couple untangle the past and face the future together?
The vertical comic is available in Japan via Dai Nippon Printing‘s (DNP) Honcomics. DNP is involved with the light anime label AnimationID, which is a joint venture between the label’s owner Imagica Infos and DNP.
