Ganglion Reveals New Trailer Previewing Main Ending Theme Song

A new trailer has been revealed for the upcoming Ganglion short TV anime series, which previews the show’s main ending theme song “Miracle” by music group NIKO NIKO TAN TAN. The short anime will premiere in Japan on October 3, 2025, with each episode running for 15 minutes, according to AT-X channel’s webpage. 

Ayumu Watanabe (Children of the Sea, Summer Time Rendering) is directing the short anime, who will also be working on two other upcoming anime adaptations (Witch Hat Atelier and Akane-banashi). 

Other staff for the series include Ryosuke Tanaka as assistant director, Tomoaki Shiono as series screenwriter, Shigeru Fujita (Pluto, the upcoming GATE Season 2: Tides of Conflict) as character designer and chief animation director. Studio maf is handling the animation production. 

Meanwhile, the anime’s voice cast includes: 

  • • Yoji Ueda as Kenji Isobe
  • • Fumihiko Tachiki as Colonel Shadow/Jin Kageyama
  • • Tomokazu Sugita as HOPEMAN
  • • Aoi Koga as Setsuko Isobe
  • • Yoshino Aoyama as Takashi Isobe
  • • Hikaru Tono as Komiko
  • • Itsuji Itao as Food Cart Owner

The original manga series is written by Hisaya Shiraiwa and illustrated by Takashi Itsuki. It was serialized in Yoshimoto Books’ Comic Yoshimoto magazine from June 19, 2007 to September 18, 2007. A single tankobon volume from Wani Books was released in April 2009.

Ganglion is a work drama whose protagonist is an employee of the titular Ganglion company, which seeks world dominance and is opposed by the hero Hopeman.
