Graffiti vandals tagged a 10-car train at a Brooklyn rail yard over the weekend — the latest 1980s style assault on the Big Apple subway system.

The spray-paint pirates covered the subway cars head-to-toe with large swaths of blue and yellow paint and graffiti tags, according to video and photos posted on Instagram.

An MTA train dispatcher discovered the vandalism at the Church Avenue yard around 6 a.m. Saturday and notified transit officials, according to a source.

The dispatcher said the 10 trains were on the B3 track at the storage terminal.

The trains were transferred to the transit agency’s Jamaica Yard for cleaning.

The discovery came fewer than 10 days after MTA officials found at least two dozen subway cars across six lines covered with graffiti.

Vandals in Queens had tagged the cars on the Q, G, M and Nos. 1 and 6 lines, as well as the 42nd Street Shuttle, officials said.

The incident marked the 183rd graffiti incident in the transit system this year.

MTA officials did not respond to a request for comment from The Post on Sunday.
