He should have left it in park.

A bumbling car thief wrecked a pricey Land Rover moments after driving it out of a Hell’s Kitchen showroom, police told The Post Saturday.

An eyewitness called 911 at around 1 a.m. after seeing the driver of a gray 2020 Range Rover SUV slam into a median on West 57th Street near 12th Avenue, cops said. The hapless driver got out of the car, and ran off, police added.

Police later discovered the vehicle, whose price starts at around $90,000, was from the brand’s showroom on 11th Avenue, near West 55th Street.
