Sunblink will release new physical editions of Hello Kitty Island Adventure for PlayStation 5 and Switch on August 29 across North America, Europe, and Asia, the developer announced.
The standard edition, which will be available for both PlayStation 5 and Switch, will cost $39.99 / £34.99 / €39.99.
The “Gift Box Edition,” which will be available for Switch, will cost $59.99 / €59.99 / £52.99. It includes the physical Deluxe Edition (includes the base game plus over 300 unique items and rewards, including Deluxe Starter and Crafting Bundles), a printed Critter and Fish guide, a set of exclusive collectable cards, Tophat’s Memories, and a premium double-sided poster, all packed into a specially designed collector’s box.
Hello Kitty Island Adventure first launched for Apple Arcade on July 28, 2023, before its expansion to Switch and PC via Steam on January 30, 2025. PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 versions are planned for a digital release in 2025, although today’s press release does not confirm whether the PlayStation 5 version’s physical edition release is planned to align with the digital release.
