“#Kanye West’s name change is official”
He’s legally changed his name to Ye.

Kanye Omari West has changed his legal name to his longtime moniker of Ye, according to a TMZ report. West first filed the paperwork with a Los Angeles judge in August, and today his request was approved.
And, as Stereogum points out, Kanye had a fairly full weekend. He was the musical guest at the wedding of Alexandre Arnault and Geralde Guyot in Venice, where he performed “Flashing Lights” and “Runaway” through a cumbersome-looking Venetian mask. It kinda reminds me of Eyes Wide Shut, and I’m hoping that whole look doesn’t become a trend for the rich and famous.
Prior to the wedding, Kanye was spotted at an airport in Venice wearing a white mannequin-looking mask. Big weekend for Kanye and masks, overall! Hopefully, this isn’t leading to one of his underbaked political statements. See it all below.
