Canadian electronic music group Keys N Krates have announced their next project, IN:TENSION, with a new song called “Higher.” The soul-sampling house tune embodies a sonic shift ahead of the forthcoming record. The new sound is a divergence from their beats-centric 2018 debut Cura and their 2021 groovy pop exploration with Original Classic.
“Higher” uses organic samples and booming percussion, staples in the signature Keys N Krates sound. Along with the “Odd Soul” party series they’ve been premiering across North America, the track marks a new era for Keys N Krates fans with a craving for dance music.
