The production team for the Love All Play anime series has revealed a new key visual and PV trailer, teasing the show’s second cour. The first cour concluded recently on the 13th episode on June 25, 2022, but the anime will return with episode 14 on July 9, 2022. 

The new 1-minute trailer showcases scenes from the upcoming second half, as well as clips from previous episodes. 

The anime’s main voice cast consists of Natsuki Hanae as Ryou Mizushima, Youhei Azakami as Shohei Sakaki, Makoto Furukawa as Koki Matsuda, Kensho Ono as Taichi Higashiyama, Tetsuya Kakihara as Yoji Higashiyama, Yuuki Kaji as Akira Uchida, Minako Kotobuki as Rika Mizushima, and Kazuya Nakai as Hitoshi Ebihara. 

The production staff includes Hiroshi Takeuchi (Blade & Soul co-director) as director, Tomoko Konparu (Libra of Nil Admirari) and the production committee as series scriptwriters, Riko Kaneda (Let’s Make a Mug Too animation director) as character designer, Scott MacDonald (She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man) as art director, Hajime Komori (Genie Family 2020) as color designer, Miyabi Amada (ODDTAXI) as photography director, and Yuuki Hayashi (Backflip!!) as music composer. 

Kaneda, Shinobu Ookawa (ODDTAXI), Yasukawa Shouji (Restaurant to Another World Season 2 character designer), Mai Kuwabara (Restaurant to Another World Season 2), and Taka Satou (Restaurant to Another World Season 2) are credited as chief animation directors. Nippon Animation and OLM are handling the animation production. 

Love All Play is based on the novel series by Asami Koseki, which consisted of four novels published from 2011 to 2014. Poplar Publishing released the series under its Poplar Bunko Pureful imprint. 

The anime series is described as: 

Ryo Mizushima is offered admission to a prestigious badminton high school, Yokohama Minato High School.

There are teammates with rich personalities, such as twin doubles pair, a cool returnee, and a handsome ace who has feelings for Ryo’s sister. Effort, friendship, and victory are interwoven between the teammates and rivals.

A passionate coming-of-age story in which the main characters, who were unknown in junior high school, grow up to become the top athletes of the world.
