A second season of the Mistress Kanan is Devilishly Easy TV anime series has been announced after the airing of its first season finale. A release date for the second season has not been confirmed, as of the time of writing.
A celebratory illustration drawn by character designer Akari Minagawa (Shabake) has also been released.

The anime first premiered in Japan on April 4, 2026 and broadcasted its final episode on June 20, 2026.
Yasushi Muroya directed the anime’s first season, with Hisashi Isogawa as assistant director, Rintaro Ikeda (Insomniacs After School) as series composer, and Chisa Shibata as sub-character designer. Studio KAI handled the animation production.

The anime adaptation is based on the romantic comedy manga series by Nonco, which began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine on June 1, 2022. The series has released 13 tankobon volumes in Japan as of January 2026. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga for English release. Its Japanese title is Kanan-sama wa Akumade Choroi.

Crunchyroll is streaming the Mistress Kanan is Devilishly Easy anime series in select countries and territories worldwide. It describes the main synopsis as:
