OceanVeil Streams 3 “Light Anime” Titles & 2 Boys’ Love OVAs

OceanVeil describes the synopsis of three titles as follows: 

Chubby Girlfriend & Pity Boyfriend

Mariko, a nurse who has loved eating and has always been plus-sized since childhood, thought she would never find love. However, one day she meets a handsome man at a group blind date that she was invited to by her senior colleague. What will Mariko, a woman with zero dating experience, do as she finds herself suddenly popular?

Lockdown Zone: Level X

Ryoka is awakened by a flurry of text messages from her mother! Panicked and rushed, Mom is clearly concerned for Ryoka’s safety but she is not too keen on letting her daughter know why. And the reason behind that is nothing could really properly describe what is happening! The world might be ending! And there might be an unidentifiable being on the roof of their apartment building!

Moriarty’s Perfect Crime

The archenemy of Sherlock Holmes, James Moriarty, reincarnates into the unfortunate and beautiful noblewoman, Sherry Moriarty, who suffers from bullying by noble girls. The story unfolds with the two Moriarty’s in a ruthless and tearless intellectual revenge drama…!

The streaming service is also adding two new Boys’ Love OVAs in June: Level C: Pleasure Equation and Bond – Much Ado About Nothing (also known in Japan as Kizuna). The synopses for both titles are described as follows: 

Level C: Pleasure Equation

The story explores the unconventional relationship between a model and student, Mizuki Shinohara, and the recently homeless salaryman, Kazuomi Honjo. After Kazuomi gets kicked out of his place by his ex-girlfriend, he is desperate to find a place to stay—so he makes a proposal! He’d give Mizuki a night of pleasure in exchange for a place to stay. Mizuki’s acceptance of the request leads to many lines becoming blurred as they battle convenience over genuine affection. Kazuomi soon begins to question his own feelings, wondering if this relationship has evolved into something more meaningful…

BOND – Much Ado About Love 

Kei and Ranmaru have been lovers for years, but even the strongest relationships can face turbulence. When Ranmaru finds a matchbook from a love hotel and receives a mysterious phone call from a woman named “Reina,” doubt and jealousy begin to cloud his trust in Kei. Shocked and hurt, he storms out — leaving Kei desperately searching the city to explain and make things right. As Kei searches for Ranmaru, the two reflect on how their love first began. But just as reconciliation seems within reach, an unexpected woman appears…

With emotions running high, BOND – Much Ado About Love explores the struggles and depth of a long-term same-sex relationship — touching on themes of identity, trust, and the complexities of love.

According to Anime News Network, WWWave Corporation described OceanVeil as a new streaming platform that will stream “adult and mature anime titles” as well as “more mainstream and popular non-mature titles.” It was launched in February 2025 and includes WWWave Corporation and Suiseisha titles in their “Complete Dergula Version” or “uncensored format.”

WWWave Corporation has released many of its AnimeFesta titles in English on its Coolmic website, as well as its manga from the company. Some of the titles include Adam’s Sweet Agony, Harem Camp, Overflow, and more.
